Passing the baton of success

2023-24 was another milestone year for Futures. It was the final year of our corporate plan for 2020-23 (which our Board extended for a further year) and so we had lots of plans and projects to complete to achieve its key objectives. We also had to write a new corporate plan with input from our customers, our teams and our many stakeholders to set out our course for the coming years.

Creating connections

Welcome to our look back at the year April 2021 to March 2022. We’ve achieved a great deal for our customers this year – many of whom are struggling more than ever in the aftermath of the pandemic. We’ve also continued to grow and develop as a community-focused organisation helping people and neighbourhoods across the East Midlands.
