This has been another milestone year for Futures. It was the final year of our corporate plan for 2020-23 (which our Board extended for a further year) and so we had lots of plans and projects to complete to achieve its key objectives. We also had to write a new corporate plan with input from our customers, our teams and our many stakeholders to set out our course for the coming years.

This was also the year when we learned that our longstanding (and first) Chief Executive, Lindsey Williams, was stepping down and the search for her successor got underway. And our work was under the spotlight with our scheduled in-depth assessment from the Regulator of Social Housing.

More importantly than all this though – we continued to build and acquire more new homes and improve our organisation and its work to put our customers and their needs at the heart of all we do. Being a high performing, well-run and trusted business matters. But ultimately it matters so that we can do an even better job of supporting customers and communities.

So that is the focus for this year’s report. Read on to find out more by following the links in the 2024 menu bar or below.
