One of the amazing things about the Human race is that we’re all unique in our own way. Whether it’s our fingerprint, favourite footie team or phobia – we each have a collection of characteristics that are special to us. And yet, at the same time, lots of us have things in common with each other.

It’s with that in mind that many organisations publish ‘frequently asked questions’ online to help their customers. If you’re having an issue or have a question that you really need help with – the chances are that someone, somewhere has already asked it. And some other person has probably gone to the trouble of answering it. So sharing those questions and answers up-front is a great way to anticipate what people might want to know and to make it easy and simple to get the response they need.

With more than 10,000 households living in a Futures home we get asked of lot of questions again and again. So we’ve created the Help Hub on our website to make it quicker and easier to find out answers without having to pick up the phone or send us a message.

There are over 200 searchable questions and answers on the Help Hub and it’s routinely checked and updated every few months. Topic range across all parts of Futures, from routine technical issues such as minor heating faults and leaky taps through to where, when and how to pay your rent and what you can do about noisy neighbours. The system is based on the same database that our team members use when answering your queries directly so you can be confident you’re getting reliable information.

So next time you have a simple question, why not join the hundreds of customers who are already using the Help Hub each month? You may save yourself a phone call and by avoiding the need for a call you’ll help our team focus on supporting other customers with more complicated concerns.
