We’re proud to be able to say we are a high performing housing organisation. But how do we know if we are or not? Well one way is through research and listening to customers. We routinely survey hundreds of customers every year – using a specialist, independent research company to help people feel confident to give their honest views. And then we check our scores against those of similar housing associations to see how we compare – and most of the time we come out well.

This year we’ve been busy updating our approach to customer research to fall into line with new national Tenant Satisfaction Measures. You can see our scores for the year on our main website – they will be updated every year. And as every housing association now asks the same questions in the same way you can freely compare our results with others.

Like every housing association we’re also regularly assessed by the Government’s Regulator of Social Housing and this year we were subject to a deep-dive assessment. We also work with a wide range of professional bodies to get accreditations and further assessments to give us reliable, independent views on our performance.
