We've had a lot of exciting new 'elements' popping up at Futures this last year. Tim Mulvenna joined us as our new CEO, we’ve had a new Group Chair and board members, a new Executive Team and a new corporate plan showing our formula for the future.
Lots of our existing elements have also continued to expand and evolve. We increased our overall customer satisfaction score to above sector average, we again received the highest grades of G1/V1 from the Regulator of Social Housing and we retained the prestigious Investors in People Platinum status!

We know it's important to live in a safe and comfortable community, so we've been continuing to do our bit in our neighbourhoods across the East Midlands.
Research lab
Listening and then acting on feedback from our customers is so important and this year we created a brand new role to delve deeper into customer feedback.
Formulating new homes
We've built 266 homes this year to help those waiting on the housing register to move into high quality, safe and affordable homes.
Future proofing our services
We're on a journey to use the most effective and efficient processes and technologies to deliver effortless customer experiences.
Under the microscope
We've had another year that shows we're a well-run and financially stable organisation, evidenced by keeping our G1/V1 rating from the Regulator of Social Housing.
