Whether it’s tips for interviews or writing a CV, our Tenancy Support team is there to guide customers through what we all know can be daunting steps into work and financial independence.
One customer, Richard*, came to us after being out of work while recovering from surgery. He was eager to return to work and wanted help to update his CV. Our Employability Officer, Daniel, met with him to discuss his career achievements and responsibilities to help draft a new CV together.
Richard said: “Daniel was very professional, knowledgeable and person-centred, and he organised my information on the CV in a better way. I think it's a very good service that should be promoted throughout Futures.”
The CV more than did the trick, as did Richard, as he got amazing results and received four interviews and two job offers!
