Work has been progressing well again on a stalled affordable housing development in Long Eaton, Nottingham.
Due to a number of significant issues, we terminated the contract with the original builders in 2022 and it has taken time to get the project back on track.
We're now working with Lovell to complete 109 homes on Bennett Street - a mixture of affordable housing, including social and affordable rent, shared ownership, and Rent to Buy homes.

Bennett Street is partly funded by Homes England and Erewash Borough Council. The first new homes are expected to be ready from summer 2025 and all homes on the development to be finished in 2026.
