Abbey Road, in the sought after Nottingham suburb of West Bridgford, is a Peveril Homes and Stagfield Group Development, with over a quarter of the homes being built for affordable housing.
We acquired 16 apartments on the development to help those on the housing register, as well as five shared ownership houses for people wanting to get onto the property ladder.
None of the homes have a gas supply. Instead they use energy efficient measures such as solar panels, hot water cylinders, electric radiators and storage heaters to help with common high energy usage tasks like washing and keeping warm.
The shared ownership houses also have air source heat pumps and underfloor heating, and all 21 homes achieve the highest energy performance certificate rating of EPC Band A.
