The last financial year has once again been full of big changes at Futures.
We kicked off the year by launching our corporate plan which set out our goals for what we want to achieve in the coming three years and beyond. This also launched our new company vision - Providing quality homes and services for better futures.
We welcomed Tim Mulvenna as our new Chief Executive in July last year, as Lindsey Williams stepped down after almost 20 years in post. Tim has taken the time to meet lots our customers, partners and community groups, as well as all teams and colleagues across our organisation to get a better understanding of how we work and what we could improve.
One change to ensure the customer is kept at the heart of all our decisions has been to our Executive Team. The team now has four roles, each of which has been filled by existing Directors following a thorough recruitment process. Designed to help strengthen the central role of customers and their needs in the running of Futures, the roles and their postholders are:
- Group Director, Customer Experience: Helena Thompson
- Group Director, Finance & Growth: Ian Skipp
- Group Director, Homes & Communities: Sarah Wyke
- Group Director, People & Change: Nicky Hope.
