Wednesday 19 June 2024 will go down as a special day in the history books for our colleagues, as our 450+ workforce visited nature activity site Conkers, for a team building day.
'Futures Fest' was all about connection, and with us having hundreds of agile colleagues spread out across the East Midlands, it's not very often we all get the chance to get together and connect.
We were joined by a special guest speaker who talked about the importance of connection and colleagues had the chance to find out what teams they don’t usually see in action do.
The event was also a chance to say goodbye to our then Chief Executive Lindsey Williams, and say hello to our new CEO, Tim Mulvenna. This was the last time Lindsey got the chance to be with all colleagues before she stepped down after being CEO for over 20 years.
The whole day emphasised our goals of engaging and empowering our people, so they can better meet the needs of our customers.
