Looking at our finances and performance for the year.

We’ve been housing and supporting people and communities across the East Midlands for almost 20 years. Over this time we’ve built up a portfolio of over 10,700 homes which means that thousands of people rely on us to provide them with a safe, comfortable and affordable home.

This is a huge responsibility and one we take very seriously, which is why we’re proud to say we’re a well-run and financially stable organisation. This is proven by us receiving the highest grades from the Regulator of Social Housing yet again – in fact we’ve never dropped from top G1/V1 ratings the whole time the regulator has set these standards.
